Lecture Summary

This talk examines fatigue in the context of living with cancer, it recognizes that fatigue is often not recognized, the impact under estimated, not addressed, and so poorly managed, left untreated, having a profound impact on the person living with cancer. The talk presents some of the causes of fatigue which can be multifactorial, often arising from both the disease, treatments and other life factors. Mindful that many people living with cancer are also dealing with other co-morbidities, the content of the talk examines the personal impact on the person’s life.
