Lecture Summary

The majority of patients diagnosed with cancer are older adults. There is less evidence available how to best care for older adults due to the underrepresentation of older adults in clinical research. In this talk Dr. Puts will provide an overview what geriatric assessment is, what the current recommendations are for older adults with cancer and how a geriatric assessment can be implemented in your daily practice for older adults.
