Lecture Summary

Such a common complaint. 1 to 3% of our visits and a 48% lifetime incidence. This is going to happen to you and I. The question is will you be ready? So much of the time we rely on bloodwork , physical exam or an electrocardiogram to make this diagnosis. But after 20 years of practice, what I’ve learned is that history is queen. The EKG is gravy. We are going to talk about how to diagnose sinister causes syncope by taking a history.
