Emergency Physician at North York General Hospital and an Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto

Arun Sayal is an Emergency Physician at North York General Hospital and an Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto.

A graduate of the University of Toronto's Medical School in 1990, Arun completed a two year Family Medicine Residency at North York General followed by a Fellowship year in Emergency Medicine in Toronto. Since graduating, he has worked at North York General in the Emergency Department with additional time along side our orthopedic team. He has a strong interest in Medical Education ranging from bedside teaching to both developing and delivering continuing medical education.  

Arun has served as Vice-President of the hospital's Medical Staff Association, as well as on its Medical Advisory, Board Quality and Audit and Finance Committees.
