Dr. Dustin Anderson is the definition of a life-long learner. His passion for learning and mastering a topic has led to careers in two very different words – medicine and music. Starting his professional career as an electrical engineer, Dustin was inspired to become a doctor after reading “Parasite Rex: Inside the Bizarre World of Nature’s Most Dangerous Creatures” by Carl Zimmer. Since then, he has completed the MD/PhD program at the University of Calgary, neurology residency at the University of Alberta, and is currently completing a fellowship in critical care medicine. Interests include critical care EEG, invasive and non-invasive intracranial monitoring, and autoimmune neurology.
