Jin Jun, PhD, RN is an assistant professor at the Ohio State University College of Nursing. Dr. Jun earned her BSN and MSN from the University of Pennsylvania and her PhD at New York University. She completed the post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan, Institute for Healthcare Policy and Innovation. Dr. Jun is passionate about clinicians’ well-being and interested in exploring the intersections of individual, community, and systems-level factors to well-being and developing a comprehensive systems-level intervention.
