Sarah Webb is the Resuscitation Clinical Nurse Consultant at Royal North Shore Hospital. In ten years of experience in Intensive Care, she has also worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, ICU Clinical Coordinator, ICU Educator and has been involved in the establishment of several high fidelity ICU simulation courses. As the Resuscitation CNC, she has been developing the resuscitation education, systems and processes within the new RNSH campus whilst working within a team to implement an intensivist led, multidisciplinary rapid response team. She is currently completing a Nurse Practitioner Masters program and has a particular interest in crisis resource management and advanced clinical practice in nursing.
